How to get there

1. Choose File > Open to open multiple documents.
2. Choose Window > Merge All Windows

Or,

A document opens in a new tab while in Full Screen, or automatically, depending on your Mac System Preferences.

What it does

Tabs allow you to view multiple documents in a single window. This feature is only available in macOS Sierra. Once you have a tabbed window, additional options are available in the Window menu to view and move tabs.
