Use this submenu to change the duration of a selected note or rest. For a full list of keyboard shortcuts, see Keyboard shortcuts and special mouse clicks.
- Double Whole • … • 128th. Choose from these commands to change the selected note to the specified duration.
- Augmentation Dot. Choose this command to add an augmentation dot to the selected note.
- Create Tuplet. Choose this command to create a new tuplet starting with the selected note, based on the default Simple Entry Tuplet Definition dialog box.
- Create User-Defined Tuplet. Choose this command to display the Simple Entry Tuplet Definition dialog box, where you can define your triplet, quintuplet or duplet for the selected note.
