Show submenu (Shape Designer menu)

Using the Shape Designer's Show submenu, you can display or hide any of these helpful, non-printing alignment aids.

Rulers. Choose this command to display non-printing rulers at the top and left side of the drawing area. Your Rulers and Grid setting determine the spacing and units used by the rulers.
Grid. Choose this command to display grid points on your page. Your Rulers and Grid setting determine the spacing and units used by the grid.
Origin. Choose this command to display a small, white round handle that appears in the center of the drawing area. It anchors your shape, acts as the zero-point for the rulers and positioning coordinates, and indicates where your shape’s handleA small square which appears on currently "selectable" elements in the score. Handles allow you to select, edit and adjust musical elements in the score. will appear once you’ve placed it into the score.
Staff Template. Choose this command to display a five-line staff in the Shape Designer dialog box to help design a custom barline. See Measure tool.
